Returns & Exchanges
Even though returns and exchanges are not common for us, we can accept them if our policies have been followed. So if you feel you would like to return/exchange your order, use the step by step guide at the bottom of this page to do so.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, undamaged and with your invoice (sent by us) within the package. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

We will not send off the products you requested for exchange until your initial order is checked and meets our policy.
Please let us know which product(s) you wish to exchange for your order with in the first step of the process stated above. We will then pay you or deduct the difference of the products you are exchanging.
How To Return / Exchange Your Order
Returns and exchanges can be fulfilled very simply, use the information on this page in order to find out how to do so. Returning items with us is a 3 step process. Shipping is not complimentary on any exchanges or returns; if you are based outside the EU you will need to pay a premium charge for returns and duties on this.
E-mail us explaining the issue you have with your order via firstname.lastname@example.org Be sure to tell us if you wish to have your order refunded or exchanged in your message.
A member of our team will reply within 24 hours. In this E-mail we'll let you know where you'll need to send your package. The cost of which will depend on your location and the weight/dimensions of your order.
Once we've received your package, we'll arrange the reimbursement/exchange (specified by you) of your order. The shipping process will then begin again. Delivery times for re-deliveries will vary depending on the delivery option you select.

It usually takes 5 working days for refunds to show on your bank statement - but please allow up to 10 working days for it to show, if you're refund is not showing in your account please Contact Us. Refunds can only be made to the same account you ordered the items with. Unfortunately, requests for refunds to be made to a different account will not be met.
